Death Toll Rises Dozens Injured As Volunteers Search For Survivors Russia Denies Responsibility

Russian Missiles Kill 31 in Ukraine, Gut Kyiv Children's Hospital

Death toll rises, dozens injured as volunteers search for survivors; Russia denies responsibility

Russian missiles have killed at least 31 people, including four children, and injured dozens more in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, according to Ukrainian officials. The missiles struck on Monday morning, hitting a children's hospital, a residential building, and a kindergarten. Dozens of volunteers, doctors, and rescue workers were digging through the debris, searching for survivors.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has denied responsibility for the attack, claiming that it only targets military objectives. However, Ukrainian officials have accused Russia of deliberately targeting civilians.

The attack on the children's hospital has drawn widespread condemnation from the international community, including the United Nations. The UN Secretary-General has called for an investigation into the attack and has stressed that the targeting of civilians is a war crime.
